Enjoy a tantalising 1.5 hour sunset cruise aboard the beautifully appointed Escapade, and experience the natural beauty and tastes of Batemans Bay and the Clyde River in comfort and style.

Departing from Batemans Bay, you'll journey along the pristine waters of the Clyde River as the sun lowers. Along the way, enjoy a gustatory delight, starting with a delicious sampling of our local Clyde River oysters, harvested and shucked fresh for your cruise. Follow that up with a couple glasses of crisp and refreshing white wine, grown and produced a stone’s throw away in the NSW Central Ranges.

The Sunset Cruise includes 6 oysters and 2 glasses of wine per person, with additional oysters, wine and prawns available to purchase throughout the cruise. Each person will enjoy 6 oysters from The Oyster Shed on Wray Street and 2 glasses of Borrowed Cuttings white wine. A simple selection of complimentary charcuterie is included.

The cruise departs on selected afternoons from the T-Wharf, located beside The Boatshed, at 5 PM, with boarding available from 4:30 PM. Click ‘Book Now’ for available dates.

The Escapade offers a calm and comfortable cruising experience, featuring a beautifully refurbished interior with polished brass fittings, comfortable dining tables and chairs, a fully licensed bar, and a covered upper deck where you can relax and take in the spectacular views of the waterways.

  • Boarding is from 4:30PM daily at the ‘T’ shaped wharf located between the Boatshed and Starfish Deli.

  • Cruise departs at 5PM, returning to the wharf at 6:30PM.

  • Cash and EFTPOS payments are available onboard.

  • A small selection of additional seafood is available to purchase onboard.

  • Toilets are available onboard.

  • The lower deck cabin is fully airconditioned.
